In this part of the site you'll have an opportunity to see work by both students and faculty in the Visual Literacy program. You'll see examples from each unit in the program and from multiple sections of those units. The faculty pages will introduce you to the creative work that they are currently engaged in. That Vis Lit faculty are active in their own visual and conceptual research means that energy flows constantly between the research and instructional platforms. A core group of faculty teach on a regular or rotating basis in the studios, with visiting lecturers leading a number of sections each semester. This diversity in faculty means that the program is constantly evolving and is a good incubator for innovative teaching strategies and approaches.
